SAFETY INFORMATION
Handle MUZIK headphone with care. MUZIK headphone contains sensitive electronic components, including a battery, and can be damaged or cause injury if dropped, burned, punctured, crushed, disassembled, or if exposed to excessive heat or liquid. Don’t use a damaged MUZIK headphone.
Bluetooth®
To turn off Bluetooth® on MUZIK headphones, press the power button.
Batteries
Don’t attempt to replace the headphone battery yourself – you may damage the battery, which could cause overheating and injury.
Hearing loss
Listening to sound at high volumes may permanently damage your hearing. Background noise, as well as continued exposure to high volume levels, can make sounds seem quieter than they actually are. Do not turn up the volume so high that you cannot hear what is around you. Check the volume before using MUZIK headphones.
WARNING: To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods. Listen at reasonable volumes for reasonable periods of time. Be careful not to adjust the volume continuously upwards as your hearing adapts.
Driving hazard
Use of MUZIK headphones while operating a vehicle is not recommended and is illegal in some areas. Check and obey the applicable laws and regulations on the use of headphones while operating a vehicle. Be careful and attentive while driving. Stop listening to your audio device if you find it disruptive or distracting while operating any type of vehicle or performing any activity that requires your full attention.
Medical device interference
MUZIK headphones contain components and radios that emit electromagnetic fields. MUZIK headphones also contains magnets. These electromagnetic fields and magnets may interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators, or other medical devices. Maintain a safe distance of separation between your medical device and MUZIK headphones. Consult your physician and medical device manufacturer for information specific to your medical device. Stop using MUZIK headphones if you suspect it is interfering with your pacemaker, defibrillator, or any other medical device.

Disposal and Recycling Information
This symbol indicates that this product and/or battery should not be disposed of with household waste. When you decide to dispose of this product and/or its battery, do so in accordance with local environmental laws and guidelines.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
MUZIK ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY – HEADPHONES
The MUZIK One-Year Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to nonconforming goods. As such, the MUZIK One-Year Limited Warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law and it does not exclude, limit or suspend your rights arising from consumer law, which such rights vary from country to county.
Important: The MUZIK One-Year Limited Warranty terms and conditions shall not apply to consumer law claims. For further information about consumer law, please contact your local consumer organization.
Please note: All claims made under the MUZIK One-Year Limited Warranty will be governed by the terms set out in this warranty document.
Your MUZIK-branded hardware product (“Product”) is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”) when used in accordance with MUZIK’s user manuals (refer to www.MUZIKconnect.com/support). Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to MUZIK even in situations where you purchased the MUZIK Product from a third party. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, MUZIK, at its option, will (1) repair the Product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the Product with a product with equivalent functionality formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or with your consent a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the product it replaces, or (3) refund the original purchase price. This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.
MUZIK does not warrant, represent or undertake that it will be able to repair or replace any Product under this warranty without risk to and/or loss of information and/or data stored on the Product. In no event shall MUZIK be liable for (a) loss or damage, which as of the product’s purchase cannot be regarded as being caused by MUZIK breach of these warranty terms; or (b) losses caused by the user’s fault, loss of data or loss of profits or benefits.
MUZIK shall not be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Product, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

If any term of this warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, it shall be severed from this warranty and the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected. This warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, United States of America.
